Minimum Rental Period

• PRIME SEASON : July & August
  
• We rent by the week (Sunday - Sunday) during our prime season which is July 4th to August 28th.
  
  
• OFF SEASON : September - June
  Two night minimum and three night minimum on any long weekend.
  
  
• LONG TERM : for stays over two weeks long the rates are negotiable.
  
  

Rates:

The "Chalet"

• $200.00 per night minumum two night stay during the off season (Sept. - June) (min. 3 nights on long weekends)
  
  
• Prime season weekly rate $1500.00;
  (July & August ).
  
  
• Weekly off-season rate $1000.00.
• Prices include all taxes.
  
  

The "Getaway"

• $150.00 per night minumum two night stay during the off season (min. 3 nights on long weekends)
  

• Prime season weekly rate $1000.00
  (July 4th to August 28th)
• Prices include all taxes.

• Prime season weekly $1100.00
• Off season daily $150.00
