the "Getaway".

Both
spaces are non-smoking.
We
collect a reservation/cleaning/damage deposit of $400 for the "Chalet"
and $400 for the "Getaway". This deposit must be received
within 3 days of making a reservation.
Cancellation policy for peak season bookings: Cancellations prior to May 1st for summer rentals and November 1st for Christmas rentals are subject to a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations after May 1st (or Nov. 1st) or later forfeit deposit paid, up to total rental cost, unless another booking is secured for same time period. If another booking is secured, deposit will be refunded less a $100.00 cancellation fee.
A
cheque for the full rental amount to be sent along with the
reservation/cleaning/damage deposit, post dated 2 weeks prior to reserved
booking.
We will send you a confirmation of dates, maps, list
of cabin provisions and a reservation/cleaning/damage deposit receipt.
The
reservation/cleaning/damage deposit will be returned upon check-out .
